Unauthorized Development Ashley Road February 20th 2009 - Middleton Parish Council informed by Corby Borough Development Control that the applicant has submitted an appeal to the decision, the enforcement notice therefore does not apply. No further details are available yet. The appellant has six months to lodge their appeal. As at 11th November 2008, this planning application is under consideration with Corby Borough Council. At least 82 Letters of objection were received by the due date. An revised Enforcement Notice has been issued on 27th August 2008.
